Developer Khanh Toan, like many IT Engineer, he not only values a high-paying job but also the recognition of being a workaholic who sacrifices his health. Khanh Toan often works night shifts to earn extra money for his family but finds himself feeling hungry every night shift. To curb his hunger, he resorts to eating a whole large pizza by himself, resulting in a decrease in his physical condition and a rapidly growing waistline. His health and stamina have declined, no longer matching his robust vitality from his early years in the workforce.
 
A bigger waistline is often linked to a shorter lifespan, indicating that as waistlines expand, longevity tends to shrink. At one point, he reached 77kg, displaying common symptoms of office-related health issues, from belly fat and hefty thighs to shoulder and neck pain, lower back strain, leg numbness from prolonged sitting, and poor posture. A powerful reminder of the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prioritize well-being.

Realizing the visible transformations happening to his body, he made up his mind to prioritize his well-being by embracing the gym. However, after trying out various online workout methods, he felt let down by the absence of substantial progress, questioning if they suited his physique and personal objectives. Aside from disappointment and disappointed expectations, he was hesitant owing to typical risks like: Potential injuries and the hassle of waiting for equipment at traditional gyms, not to mention the pushy sales methods used by certain personal trainers. It's time to make a convincing move toward a more effective and safer alternative.

Khanh Toan's visceral fat measured 13%, surpassing the typical healthy range by 3%. After consulting with an EMS trainer, he prioritized fat and weight loss as his primary objectives, followed by enhancing endurance and body improvement. Initially, the most significant change was that he only needed to attend two 25-minute sessions each week, as opposed to the hours spent on weightlifting in a traditional gym with a 4-5 day program.
 
EMS Training are no less fatiguing than weightlifting
 
During the interview, he shared that the initial months were the toughest. Despite the 25-minute EMS workouts twice a week, they were just as demanding as weightlifting. The remarkable part was that these workouts eliminated the usual waiting time, excessive sweating, and risk of injuries commonly associated with traditional exercise routines.
 
Surprisingly, weight loss results became apparent in Inbody measurements after just 2 months at 25 FIT. Furthermore, every session had a dedicated EMS trainer, personalizing exercises and intensity based on each member's stored data. All 25 FIT clients enjoyed tailored training plans fitting their physical characteristics, goals, and current fitness status.
 
 
After 64 sessions, equivalent to 7 months of EMS training, Khanh Toan successfully shed 12kg of excess weight while maintaining the same muscle mass.
 
In November 2021, after a period of social distancing, Khanh Toan resumed his EMS training. This time, he had a workout partner - his wife, who saw the visible weight reduction benefits and decide to join in. He effectively dropped 13kg of extra weight while preserving muscular mass after 64 sessions, which equated to 7 months of EMS training. In the three years that 25 FIT has been in operation, he is now ranked among the Top 10 members in terms of effective weight loss. Concurrently, concerns such as muscular tightness, lower back discomfort, leg numbness, and knee weakness during activities have been treated, resulting in considerable improvements in both personal and professional life.

When discussing the changes he underwent after weight loss, the most noticeable transformation involved a more toned, fit and confident appearance. Simultaneous muscle-targeted training addressed muscle imbalances that had affected Khanh Toan posture (like a hunchback and slouched shoulders). In terms of diet, he maintained three regular meals a day without strict restrictions, but did limit fast-absorbing starch, sugar, and alcohol for impressive weight loss results.
 
Khanh Toan is very delighted with the experience and results of his EMS training journey, he has also fully achieved his initial goals. In the near future, intends to continue using 25 to grow muscular mass and keep his body in ideal training rhythm. Additionally, he wishes to continue accompanying his wife in her own journey at 25 FIT.
